This is a classic case of people posting pics of themselves that are literally from 1990. This guy has his profile pic as something that looks scanned - so clearly before digital cameras, and he's wearing an awful bro tank. He has a full head of dark hair and looks in his 20's. The caption reads - "A Few...years back." His profile says he is 47.
After you scroll through about 5 scanned pics, you finally get to one where he looks over 40 - but I'm sure it's still 5 years old. No one cares about what you looked like 20 years ago - they only care about what you look like now. Also, your fashion could use some work.
